• Can I buy just 1 item?
• Yes, you are more than welcome to purchase 1 or many items. 
• What is the difference between a "Totally Custom Jersey" and a "Semi Custom Template Jersey"?
• A "Totally Custom Jersey" is a jersey that you design from scratch. Either you can supply the artwork or we can create it for you (with an artwork fee). A "Semi Custom Template Jersey" is a jersey background that we have already designed, and is able to be customized with your team name, player names, logos, sponsors and numbers at no extra cost.

• When I get Animal to create my jersey or logo, can I get a copy of it?
• It depends.  If you paid specifically for the jersey artwork or the logo artwork, then of course we can send you a copy of it, when requested.  If we did it for free, then we do reserve the right to keep the artwork here.  Now this does not mean that we will re-use your artwork for another team.  It just means, that if we put in the time to work on the artwork and it was not paid for, then we will keep the artwork here, reserved for you and only you.

• Is there a price difference between a "Totally Custom Jersey" and a "Semi Custom Template Jersey"?
• No. As long as you provide the artwork for the Totally Custom Jersey in the correct format. If you need us to create your design in the appropriate format then there will be a minimal fee. Each fee is determined by the extensiveness of the artwork. For a quick quote you can e-mail Mondo the artwork at info@animalpaintball.com.
• When my team places an order and we get some new members a year later, will you still have all our art work and specs on file?
• Yes, when Teams place orders we keep those specs, such as logos, fonts, jersey layouts, etc... on file for any Re-Orders. You can always place a Re-Order at this link.
• Are there any extra fees for adding tons of logos all over the place, really long names?
• No, it is all included (as long as the logos are created in the correct format) But all text like names and stuff is at no extra cost.

• Are there any extra fees for having different names / numbers on each jersey sleeves or fronts.
• Yes, fronts of jerseys or sleeves are different because of player names, numbers, call signs, then there is an extra $5 fee that option.  (The there are no extra charges for different names, numbers, etc... on the back of each jersey).

• I do not have anybody that can make our logs in the correct format. Can you make them for me?
• Yes, we can. If you need us to create your design in the appropriate format then there will be a minimal fee. Each fee is determined by the extensiveness of the artwork. For a quick quote you can e-mail Mondo the artwork at info@animalpaintball.com.

• How do you ship in the United States?
• We use FedEx as our standard shipping method to addresses inside the United States.  The customer can choose which FedEx way they would like it shipped: Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, Overnight or Overnight A.M.  We also ship "Signature Required" on all our packages.  We can remove the "Signature Required" method, but only if the customer requests it in writing.

• How do you ship Internationally?
• We use U.S. Postal Service for all international shipping.  They do have the express shipping which is an option that the customer may choose.  Also, please be aware that customs may hold any package for a period of time, so be sure to order the items with plenty of time.

• How come your turnaround is faster than anybody else's?
• We have been working since 1998 to not only supply high quality products, but also become extremely efficient at it. Which brings about faster turnaround times with lower costs (hence our team discounts program). We also simply have the best staff any company could ever wish to have. Most of our employees have been around for years and can do their jobs perfectly with their eyes closed.
• Are your products made in the USA?
• Yes, our factory is located in Laredo, Texas with everything we need under one roof. This not only allows for high quality products but also makes us extremely fast.
• Are your products durable, reputable?
• We only use the best materials and inks to create our products. Our products have been used by Top Pros in Paintball like Miami Raiders, Bob Long's Assassins, BMX (SuperCross), BullFighting (Two Bulls Productions), etc... It is hard to open a Paintball or BMX magazine that does not feature our jerseys and / or products being showcased. Our products have also been on major television stations, such as MTV, FOX, ESPN, ESPN2, WGN, OLN, CNN, CSTV and E! Last but not least, we have several Animal and BunkerFest fields that are playable in the new X-Box games, "Greg Hastings Tournament Paintball" and the sequel "GHTP MAX'D"! We will guarantee our products against material and labor defects for 1 year. Mis-Use crashing, diving on rocks, or improper use are not covered in the warranty.
• How do your sizes run?
• The sizes are determined by what type of jersey style you select. Paintball and Bullfighting Jerseys will generally run large. BMX & MX jerseys will run slender and long. Cycling jerseys will run small. We have provided a "Sizing Page" to ensure you get a perfect fit.
• What artwork do I need to supply? How do I get them to you?
• These are more detailed questions that can be answered in our "Design Guidelines" page
• Can I see a proof of the item before I purchase it?
• Unfortunately we get so many of requests for design samples, that if we actually did them, we would never get any work done for our existing order customers. We mean no disrespect, but it takes a lot of time for one of our employed designers to come up with the requested sample and we are so busy, that their time needs to be directed at the existing orders to make us efficient and speedy. Please understand that once we have an order, we will happily make the requested sample “PROOFS”. Once the “PROOFS” are ready they will be sent to you for approval. One you have given us your approval, then we go to print. This way you get exactly what you are looking for and we are able to be extremely efficient on our orders.

• Warranty & Returns
• Animal products come with a lifetime warranty from manufacturer defects.  This would include sewing and errors that we are at fault of.  If you have to return a product do to our error, please download the following Return Information Sheet fill it out and send it along with your products.

Cancellations and Refunds:  If for some reason, a cancellation is needed, the refund amount will be determined the current status of the jersey.  In other words, if the order is cancelled and we have yet to begin on it, then the refund will be 100%.  But if we have already started working on the design and then the order is cancelled, then we will refund 90%.  If we have already printed the order, and a cancellation is still requested, then we can only give 50% back.
