How Long Is Your Turn Around Time?

HOW LONG TILL YOU GET YOUR ORDER:

Turnaround depends on when you get your artwork to us (if you delay in getting us the artwork for 1 week, then your turnaround time will be delayed 1 week).  It also depends on our workload, but usually it is approximately 2 weeks in the slow season and approx 6 weeks in the busy season.  Sometimes we are capable of doing rush orders, where we can have your items to you by the next day if necessary. Rush orders do come with a "Rush Fee".  The "Rush Fee" is applied because all our employees will work overtime (after-hours) to get your items to you by your deadline.  Totally Custom Jerseys designed by us may take longer, because we have to go back and forth with the customer until the customer is satisfied and gives us the thumbs up.

OUR TURNAROUND TIME IS SHORTER THAN MOST:

We have been working since 1998 to not only supply high quality products, but also become extremely efficient at it. Which brings about faster turnaround times with lower costs (hence our team discounts program). We also simply have the best staff any company could ever wish to have. Most of our employees have been around for years and can do their jobs perfectly with their eyes closed.

EXPLANATION OF RUSH ORDER FEES:

In order to Rush these orders we need to have anywhere from 4 to 8 people stay after regular hours or the weekend. This means they will work overtime. So the Rush Order Fees go to the employees to pay for that overtime.

WHY RUSH THE ORDER:

While our turnaround for making custom products is one of the fastest in the industry, we do realize that on some occasions people may need their items sooner than our standard turnaround. For that reason we have begun to offer "RUSH ORDERS". There are 4 different rush options available if needed.

IMPORTANT RUSH INFO:

When ordering a Rush job and you have artwork that you would like us to use, please ensure that the artwork is in the appropriate formats. Also, when asking for a proof, please be sure to get back in touch with us ASAP, once you have received the proof. If you wait days until getting back with us, or give us unusable artwork, that can cause us to miss your deadline and forfeit the rush fees.
